July Fun

Here are some more fun things we did in July, plus some pictures of how big Superbaby is getting! These aren't in any particular order, just a glimpse of some of my favorite July memories.
What happens when you leave a box of donuts on the kitchen table? Donut Disaster! Superboy seems to enjoy the chocolate ones the best. I had to corner him before I could even get him to stop running away from me. He thought I'd take it from him... Silly boy.
Superbaby discovered that he has a tongue and that it feels funny.
And then he discovered that he is funny
The kiddos. I gave myself a pat on the back that they are even all in the same frame, let alone looking at me. Suffice it to say that Superboy is a runner, and Supergirl had to hold on tight!
Point Defiance Zoo merry go round. This is one of my favorites because, if you'll notice, Superboy is riding on a slug :0) They have all sorts of funny zoo animals, and then the traditional horses of course.
This is my abosolute favorite picture of the summer. Just a tender moment caught between a big sister and her little brother.
More head lifting practice
Ahah! Mom is funny too!
Superboy fell in love with his baby. He was putting the baby into the baby swing, picking him up, hugging him and then putting him back. Precious.

Sargent Family Visit

Great-Halmony, Halmony, Grandpa, Gomo, and "Gomo's friend" came to visit for the entire month of July. It was so nice to see them all!

We blessed Superbaby that first weekend :0)

We explored the Seattle Waterfront Sculpture Park:

Grandpa, Supergirl, Superdad, Supermom and Great-Halmony

Supergirl's killer summer outfit.

Ivar's on the waterfront. Yummy.

Claim Jumper's with our fam, Gomo, Gomo's friend and cousin L. However, Gomo was behind the camera and didn't take many other pictures.

We'll just call it a summer blogging vacation...

Yeah, so I got behind. And the more behind I got, the harder the idea of updating became. But, so much has been happening around here and I do want to share. So, lets just call this a photo journal. I'll try to post some snippits of all the fun happenings of the Sargent summer and just start fresh with new posts.

The whole crowd at the parade. You'll note that Superdad had to work. Thank heavens I have such a wonderful family that helps me so much with the kids.

Superbaby at the parade. He isn't too impressed.

FIREWORKS!! I don't know if you can see how excited Supergirl is here, but she just saw a big one and wanted to make sure that we all saw it too.

Five minutes with Superbaby

"Oh what a wonderful nap. I just love sleeping in my bouncer."
"Who woke me up? Oh. Hi mom."
"Hold up! This lady is pretty funny! I think I'll flash her a smile, just to make her day."
"Ok, I'm done. Time to eat. Feed me!"
What can I say? He appears to be a bit tempermental. Talk about a mood swing!

Put me in the Zoo

We had a great day at the zoo with Grandma Wall. The weather was beautiful and we got to see a lot of the animals up close. However, the highlight of the afternoon seemed to be the great big tree, just perfect for taking pictures.

Superboy's favorite- The ELEPHANTS!!
And a cute (but crooked) picture of Supergirl in the van.

Supergirl is Four!

Earlier this month we celebrated Supergirl's 4th birthday. We just did a simple home party this year with our family, and had a lot of fun. Here are some pictures from the day.

Supergirl and her Princess Castle cake
More princesses
Blowing out the candles, with Superboy's help
And more princesses...
As you can tell she loves her princesses and I predict we will be having a princess birthday party for the next 3 years at least...

On Supergirl's real birthday we went to lunch as a family at the Rainforest Cafe. Supergirl loves this place, especially when the rain storms come.

We had a cool table right by the fountain...drowns out the noise of the kids...

One Month

Hello everyone! Sorry about the lack of new posts, but we sure are busy at our house!
Super baby is just the sweetest thing and is growing so fast. He still has lots of hair, and is still sleeping a lot. As the weeks have passed it is fun to discover the little things that make superbaby unique. His hair is so much lighter than the others. During the few hours he is awake, it is also easy to see that Superbaby is going to have blue eyes. He is our first one, which is pretty neat. They are steely-blue/grey right now, and are not showing any sign of going dark chocolate like his siblings'. Here are some pictures of the little man at 4 weeks old.
